"I recently purchased the custom home in Newport beach built by Avex Builders and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the home. It’s 100% modern clean lines and thought out layout makes for a living space that is perfect. The open floor plan, incredible floor to ceiling glass makes for the perfect indoor / outdoor living. The finishing in the house are thoroughly thought out, a chefs dream kitchen, master bedroom that is steps from the gas heated pool, open master bath with heated towel rack and floors, extra large shower for two. "In 2013 Avex were contracted to remodel a home in the Inland empire, the job was done on time and on budget the property sold within 30 days the buyers had short punch list, Avex took care of this promptly. Happy with this I gave Avex a second house to remodel also in the Inland Empire, again on time and slightly under budget. This house sold promptly also. At this point I had a huge amount of faith and trust in the owner Derek La Marque, so much so that I gave Avex a Newport Beach property to re model, this property was taken down to the studs and essentially was a new home when complete, the budget of 850k was met and other than a long delay caused by the custom window manufacturer,( of my choosing) would also have been completed in the time quoted. This was a fabulous home when complete. This property sold within 60 days and for approximately 20% more than comps.
