Team Selection

During the construction phase, Avex Builders will put a qualified team with the necessary qualifications that fit the project needs. Our team manages all site conditions, ensuring site rules and regulations are visible and monitored, including safety, security, noise, cleanliness, and other conditions.

Subcontractor Selections

We start communication with a qualified, vetted network of licensed subcontractors. Securing a committed team early in the project ensures the personalized attention and dedication required.

Quality Control

We enforce quality control to ensure the highest standards of construction. Our team coordinates all testing as required by technical sections of the specifications, and as required by building codes.
We keep an accurate record of all tests, reports, and inspections conducted by our company. We coordinate the services of professional engineers, engineer of record, and the architect as required.

Project Delivery/Close Out

A detailed punch list is reviewed by all parties to ensure the quality of work. A close-out package including all manuals, warranties, specifications, and samples is provided as well as a digital copy.
